Their standards, knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques are the backbone to our own project activities, allowing JAS to meet project requirements industry standards while exceeding expectations. All JAS project managers are PMP Certified.
To enhance our project management performance, JAS employs enterprise-wide project management software tools that manage project costs and risks, share documents, and collaborate with stakeholders and project employees.
The JAS corporate structure has a Project Management Office (PMO) dedicated to industry established Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. To further increase the value of the JAS PMO, our internal standard operating procedures (SOP) are guided by the JAS Management and Oversight Plan (MOP). The JAS MOP is aligned to the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level II and ISO 9001:2015 standards incorporating global quality and risk mitigation to each project we manage.
JAS project employees are vetted through the JAS Human Resources Employee Orientation and Assimilation Process (EOAP), we conduct legally compliant background check services, to include current certification, resume validation, and reference checks, all JAS projects are insured and bonded to industry/agency contract standards.
