Facilitation

The Johnson Applied Solutions facilitators’ mission is to assist and manage the process of information exchange. The facilitators’ role is to help with HOW the discussion is proceeding, and our responsibility is to address the journey, rather than the destination. The Johnson Applied Solutions facilitation process concerns itself with all the tasks needed to run a productive and impartial meeting. Johnson Applied Solutions facilitators provide non-directive leadership to ensure that the group arrive at the decisions that are on task.
